1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 132,00,000 and KRW 30,000 among them, the amount of which shall be from January 21, 2017 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, on May 17, 2001, lent 30,000,000 won interest rate of 60,000,000 won to the Defendant on May 17, 2001. As such, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated annually from May 17, 201 to December 17, 201, the total interest rate of 105,000,000 won, excluding the interest rate of 3,00,000,000 won for five-month interest rate of 132,00,000,000 won, and the principal amount of 30,000,000,000 won, calculated from January 21, 2017, the original copy of the instant payment order, to the Plaintiff during the period from May 17, 2001 to December 17, 205.
