1. The Defendant: 11,703,720 won to Plaintiff A; 11,707,370 won to Plaintiff B; and 4,026,140 won to Plaintiff C and each of the said money.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The defendant related to the parties is a local government public corporation established on March 13, 1996 to manage and operate public facilities, such as parking facilities, sports facilities, etc. within the jurisdiction of the E-government under the entrustment of the E-government. The plaintiffs were employed by the defendant as a director of Grade 5 in the technical staff of the sports project team after entering September 18, 200, and the plaintiff B was employed as a director of Grade 4 in the general service in the management planning office after entering April 10, 200, and the plaintiff C was employed as a representative of Grade 6 in the general service of the management support team. < Amended by Act No. 6593, Jan. 1, 2002>

B. The Defendant’s provision 1 on employment, personnel management, remuneration, etc. provides that the payment method and payment date, etc. of remuneration shall comply with the Defendant’s “Remuneration Regulations” and the annual salary adjustment shall comply with the Defendant’s “Personnel Regulations”. 2) The main part of the Defendant’s “Remuneration Regulations” and “Personnel Regulations” are as follows.

[Defendant's Personnel Management Regulations (amended on December 31, 2015)] Article 1-2 (Methods of Operation of Remuneration System) of the Regulations on the Personnel Management of the Defendant, the remuneration for the executives and employees of the Agency shall be the annual salary system.

Article 2 (Definition of Terms) The definitions of terms used in the provisions of this Article shall be as follows:

1. The term "annual salary" means the total amount of wages that a relevant executive or employee has received during the period of an annual salary contract, which is the total amount of basic annual salary, performance-based incentives, and additional salary;

7. The term "basic annual salary payment standard table" means the detailed rules in the enforcement of the remuneration regulations (attached Table 1);

Article 3-2 (Concluding Annual Salary Contracts) (2) The annual salary contract for the head of the headquarters and employees shall be concluded with the chief director.

(3) The head of the headquarters and employees shall be in the form specified in attached Table 11, prepare two copies of the original contract, and keep one copy of each party.

Article 7 (Calculation of Annual Salaries in Case of Change of Status) (2) The date of issuance shall be calculated from the date of promotion, reinstatement, dismissal, dismissal from position, etc.
