Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 15 million.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
On September 27, 2007, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1 million as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) from the Seoul Northern District Court.
On September 17, 2020, around 00:28, the Defendant driven CM7 car while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.119% during blood in approximately 30 meters in the 1st basement parking lot in Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu Seoul.
Accordingly, the Defendant violated the prohibition of drinking alcohol driving regulations not less than twice.
