However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The Defendant, along with D, operated the “E” under the name of the Internet gambling site similar to the “sports soil” in which voting rights are sold under the National Sports Promotion Act with D, etc., D shall exercise overall control over the said Internet gambling site, and H, I, and J, etc. shall publicize the said website through the Internet and deliver it to G by inviting a financial account used for the operation of the said gambling site (hereinafter “the inner passbook”) and a mobile phone (hereinafter “the inner phone”). G shall deliver the said Financial Account and the mobile phone from the said F to the Defendant for cash withdrawal, and then deliver the cash received from the Defendant to D. The Defendant shall withdraw the proceeds of the crime using the said website and the mobile phone from G and deliver them to G in cash, and H, I, and J, etc. shall perform their activities by advertising the said website and soliciting members, respectively.

According to the aforementioned division of roles, the Defendant: (a) received a check card necessary for G to withdraw mobile phones and criminal proceeds from Bupyeong-si from around January 2015 to around May 27, 2015; (b) withdrawn KRW 134,380,00 in cash over 143 occasions from around January 24, 2015 to May 27, 2015; (c) G wd money received from the Defendant to D; (d) operated the said Internet gambling site by using the cash received from G, and (e) H, I, and J, J, and J, through the Internet, recruited its members by advertising the said site and soliciting its members in cash; and (d) paid its members with the result of “10,000,000 won,00 won,00 won,0,000,000 won, and Hand,00,000,000 won, and0,000 won, etc., of the said game money to its members via the Internet.
