1. The Defendants jointly pay to the Plaintiff KRW 38,00,000 and the interest rate thereon from September 1, 2018 to the date of full payment.
Reasons

2. As to Defendant B: Judgment due to deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act), and as to Defendant C, a judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the same Act).
