1. The grounds for admitting the judgment of the court of first instance are the same as the part of the reasons for the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, they are cited in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
[Plaintiffs are basically repeating the same arguments in the first instance trial. Considering the allegations and reasons why the Plaintiff partly supplemented in the trial, the first instance judgment is justifiable even if the Plaintiff’s testimony of the witness Eul (including the serial number) to 30 evidence newly submitted in the trial and the witness L of the party examination, which are newly submitted in the trial, is examined.]
2. Thus, the plaintiff's claim is justified within the above scope of recognition, and the remainder is dismissed as it is without merit.
