1. On February 2, 2015, at around 00:24, the Defendant: (a) reported 112 that a person under the influence of alcohol in the street in the front of Cheongju-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; and (b) asked D to return home from the circumstances surrounding the Cheongju-gu Police Station C District of the Cheongju-gu, Chungcheong Fire Station; and (c) provided that three persons, such as Cheongju Fire Station B, 119 Safety Center Fire E, etc., were exposed, the Defendant insultd the victim publicly by “the victim of bitched bitch bitch bitch, Chewing bitch.”

2. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1, took a bath as stated in Paragraph 1, and obstructed the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning handling 112 reported matters, with the two hand, by pushing forward D’s chest at one time.
