The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. Around September 19:00 on September 8, 2018, the summary of the facts charged was assaulted by the Defendant at one time at the victim D (the 30-year-old age) who is a nurse in C Hospital 71-dong 71-dong 7110, in a sick room in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to catch the Defendant’s right arms and collect blood, by cutting the victim’s left arms, and by drinking the victim’s right arms.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-compliance with an intention (Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act);
B. Indication of the victim’s intention not to punish the victim on October 10, 2019 after the prosecution of the instant case was instituted
