A. 1) The Defendant Company is the head office and BJ factory (hereinafter “BJ factory”) in the Asia-si BI.

(B) BL plant (hereinafter referred to as “BL plant”) in Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheong-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun.

Defendant B’s representative director of the Defendant Company, Defendant C’s vice president of the Defendant Company, Defendant C is a person in charge of the production and technology of BJ factory as the managing director of the Defendant Company, Defendant C is a person in charge of the management labor as the managing director of BJ factory, and Defendant D is a person in charge of the employment, personnel management, and labor management of BL factory as the head of the BL factory. Defendant F is the head of the BJ factory’s inspection team, Defendant J is the vice-head of the BJ factory, and Defendant J is the head of the 5 division of the production department of the BJ factory, and Defendant J is the head of the 2nd factory, and Defendant C is the head of the 2nd division of the JJ factory’s production department and the 2nd division of the BJ factory. As seen in the above Defendants, Defendant C is the executive officer and employee of the Plaintiff Company who was affiliated with the Plaintiff Company’s production department and the Plaintiff Company’s internal security guard who was affiliated with the Plaintiff Company’s labor union.

The rest of the plaintiffs except the partnership, AC branch, and AE branch (hereinafter referred to as "the plaintiffs") have been working for the defendant company's BJ factory and BL branch, and have joined the plaintiff company's AC branch and AE branch.
