The Defendant is a dental medical specialist belonging to C University D D D D Hospital located in Military Mapo-si B.

No medical person shall prepare a false medical treatment record, etc., or intentionally enter or revise a false medical treatment record, etc. differently from the fact.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the above dental hospital around July 18, 2016, continued to undergo a dental surgery on June 20, 2016 by a patient E, who had been under the left side of the mouth, after the surgery, visited the above hospital with F on June 23, 2016, and received medical treatment from the Defendant, and, unlike the time when the mother’s feascing to the right side of the past, received medical treatment from the above F.

“At the time of questioning to the effect that “the Defendant: (a) stated to the above F and E that “The right mold of the e-mail was simply extracted; (b) this is due to the removal of gingle and surrounding bones because there were many strings; and (c) contrary to the fact, the Defendant stated in the treatment record that “the e-mail mold was merely extracted from the right; and (d) this is due to the removal of e-mail and surrounding bones in the ging so that there were many strings, so that the e-mail was removed.”
