1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 56,244,390 and the interest rate thereon from July 27, 2018 to the date of full payment.
From February 27, 2017 to July 26, 2017, the Plaintiff supplied ready-mixed to Defendant A. The Plaintiff did not receive KRW 56,244,390, out of the current amount of ready-mixed, and Defendant B agreed to jointly and severally pay the amount of the above ready-mixed to the Plaintiff is not disputed between the parties, or in full view of the purport of evidence and the entire pleadings. As such, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum as stipulated by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from July 27, 2018 to the date of full payment.
The plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified, and all of them are accepted.
