A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant and the victim C (the age of 38) begin with the teaching system from May 2013 and came into existence around December of the same year.
1. Bodily injuring a person on July 30, 2013, damaging property, or violating the Road Traffic Act;
A. The damage of property and the injury of the Defendant: (a) around 23:00 on July 30, 2013, at the E parking lot located in the Southern-gun, Namnam-gun, the victim refused to meet himself; (b) caused the damage to the said car to the extent that the repair cost equivalent to KRW 1,163,096, such as exchange after opening the driver’s seat and the senior glass hold of the victim’s flag; (c) caused the damage to the victim’s head car continuously sitting in the driver’s seat; (d) caused the victim’s head car to be faced with the driver’s vehicle; and (e) caused the victim’s head part to be faced with the driver’s seat; and (e) caused the victim to break the victim’s face to the victim’s face without knowing the number of treatment days by leaving the parking lot’s surface.
B. Around 23:00 on July 30, 2013, the Defendant was driving a cub motor vehicle in G without a driver’s license for a approximately 20km section from the front day of the Defendant’s house located in F in the South-west Navy F to the roads adjacent to the South-west Sea Public Terminal in 2835, both of which are located in the 2835 South-west Sea.
2. Damage to property;
A. On October 6, 2013, around 22:00, the Defendant destroyed the said car to the extent that the repair cost equivalent to KRW 539,348,00,000, i.e., KRW 539,348, by driving the said car and breaking it into the South Sea Police Station by driving the said car and setting up it on the parking lot, in front of the I garage located in the Southern Sea, South-west, South-west, the Defendant heard that the victim would report to the police in another time by assaulting the victim.
B. On April 28, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 04:00 on April 28, 201, before the victim’s house in the South-west SeaJ, the victim’s phone.
