Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, from the date this judgment became final and conclusive, against the above Defendants for two years each.
Punishment of the crime
Despite the fact that the Defendants were not the narcotics handler, the Defendants dealt with the Metroptopy (one philophone; hereinafter referred to as “philophone”), X-si (MDMA), and Kenya as follows.
1. Defendant A’s crime;
A. On June 9, 2018, between around 03:00 to 04:00, the Defendant administered a dose in such a way that he inhales the flusium in the toilets located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Yongsan-gu, by using plastics as soon as possible.
2. Defendant B’s crime
A. From June 8, 2018, the Defendant, around 16:00 on June 16, 2018, 1) lids of raw water (500ml) lids containing water from the third floor of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H (500ml) lids of glass and plastics.
