1. Around August 1, 2012, the Defendant: (a) decided to purchase a campopon from the upper line C to purchase the campopon (hereinafter “camopon”); (b) deposited KRW 900,000 into the campopon account in the name of D (E) account in the name of C C; (c) on August 1, 2012, around 09:30, the Defendant purchased the hamopon from C, a upper line parked in front of G cafeteria located in the Namyang-siF, Namyang-si, Seoul, with approximately 0.75gg of camopon from C.
2. Around August 6, 2012, the Defendant: (a) decided to purchase a campopon from the upper line C to purchase the campopon (tentatively referred to as “camopon”; (b) deposited KRW 500,000 into the campopon account in the name of D (E) in the name of C’s relative; and (c) on August 6, 2012, around 18:00, the Defendant purchased the hamopon from C, the upper line parked in front of G cafeteria located in the Namyang-si F, Namyang-si, with approximately 0.15g of the camopon from C.

1. Around September 11, 2014, the Defendant purchased philophones from Jambane 705 room located in Seosan-si I at the Defendant’s request that Meambane cambanes (one-name “philophones”; hereinafter “philophones”) be sought, and the Defendant purchased philophones by sending approximately 0.3 g of philophones from Jambane C to the bank account (M) in the name of L designated by K on the following day.
2. On September 12, 2014, the Defendant purchased phiphones: (a) around September 12, 2014, at the street room in front of the ridge restaurant at which it is impossible to ascertain the trade name located in the Eup/Myeon of Seosan-si; (b) upon the Defendant’s request, the Defendant 200,000 won in cash 20,000 won in cash from C; and (c) entered the restaurant for the said phiphones; and (d) received approximately 0.3 g of the phiphones from K upon the Defendant’s request.
Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones from K.
