1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 22,916,200 as well as KRW 20,00,000 among them, from March 26, 2016 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claim: The Plaintiff borrowed interest of KRW 20 million from the Plaintiff on November 17, 2014 to September 2015; and on February 21, 2015, on the ground that the Defendant borrowed KRW 22,916,200,000 from the Plaintiff on the ground that the Plaintiff borrowed the loan from the Defendant on February 21, 2015 (which was amended by Presidential Decree No. 25376, Jun. 11, 2014; enforced July 15, 2014); the Plaintiff paid the principal and interest of KRW 22,916,200,00 plus interest of KRW 20,000,000,000, 2000,000, 200,000, 2030, 208, 200, 208, 200, 200, 200
