Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
1. A person who intends to run a brokerage business for authorized judicial breach shall register the establishment of a brokerage office with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu having jurisdiction over an area where he/she intends to establish a brokerage office in accordance with Ordinance of the Ministry of Land,
Nevertheless, on March 17, 2017, the Defendant did not register the establishment of a brokerage office with the registry office, and operated a brokerage business, such as arranging a contract for the purchase and sale of F land between the seller D and the buyer E, and transferring 2.5 million won from the above E to the credit union account in the name of the Defendant.

A person who intends to engage in development activities, such as construction of buildings, installation of structures, alteration of the form and quality of land, etc. in violation of the National Land Planning and Utilization Act shall obtain permission from the Special Metropolitan City Mayor, Metropolitan City Mayor, Metropolitan Autonomous City Mayor, or Special Self-Governing Province
Nevertheless, the Defendant, without obtaining permission for development activities, installed concrete boundary rocks on the land outside G G and two lots from the end of February 2017 to the middle of March 2017, and put a concrete package on the land outside H and one parcel of land.
