However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Around 03:00 on March 8, 2020, the Defendant: (a) used that the door of the victim C-owned DWz’s car was not set up at the front parking lot in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu; (b) used the victim C-owned by the Defendant to set the knick door of the said car into the driver’s seat after the door was set up; and (c) used the victim’s knick in the next reception space of the driver’s seat to cut off the 6.90,00 won in total at the market price, such as one of the net keys of the victim’s market price in the next reception space of the driver’s seat.

From around that time to April 1, 2020, the Defendant, as shown in the annexed crime sight table, stolen property worth KRW 8,313,000, each of whom was owned by six victims, by the same method as above, on six occasions.

Around 03:32 on January 3, 2020, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by using the victim G G’s HVS car that was parked in the said car’s parking lot at Ansan-si, with a view to the fact that the door of the said car was not locked; (b) entering the driver’s seat after a door to the driver’s seat; and (c) having one million won in cash, which was owned by the victim at the next place of the driver’s seat; and (d) having one million won in cash, which was owned by the victim.
