A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
On July 29, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 700,000 from the Ulsan District Court to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and a summary order of KRW 1 million as a fine in the same court on March 18, 2009, respectively.
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is the defendant who is engaged in driving B.
On November 5, 2018, the Defendant driven the above passenger vehicle at around 22:55, and led to the flow along the intersection road in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do along the intersection between the middle intersection and the middle intersection, along the three-lanes between the two-lanes.

2. On November 5, 2018, the Defendant is under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.174% from the section of about 10km from the front road in Ulsan-gu G to the intersection of the valley specified in paragraph (1) at around 22:55 on November 22, 2018.
