However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Around 10:00 on October 6, 2012, the Defendant driven a cison car with a blood alcohol content of about 0.253% in the section of about 2km from the parking lot of Pyeongtaek-si to the horizontal site of the Suwon District Prosecutors’ Office located in the same city of the same city from the parking lot of Pyeongtaek-si to the shooting distance in front of the office of the horizontal site of the Suwon District Prosecutors’ Office.

On October 6, 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by DD Driving) caused a traffic accident in which the victim D (the 53 years old), who driven the E-learning car driving in the front of the horizontal site of the Suwon District Prosecutors' Office located in Pyeongtaek-si, was driven by the driver's office at the horizontal seat of the Suwon District Prosecutors' Office, and the distance from the front of the site office in front of Pyeongtaek-si, as described in paragraph 1, was driven by the driver's office at the front seat of the Defendant. As above, the Defendant driven under the influence of alcohol while normal driving is difficult due to the influence of alcohol, and caused the said victim to suffer bodily injury, such as fluoral salt, which requires treatment for about two weeks.
