1. Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 50,00,000, and Defendant B and C with respect thereto from November 1, 2014, and Defendant D with respect thereto.
Reasons

2. Judgment by deeming the confession of a claim against the defendant B or C (Article 208 (3) 2 and Article 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act)
