Punishment of the crime
On January 14, 2016, at around 22:29, the Defendant driven a Category B Maz car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.101% from around 200 meters away from the Do near Samsan-dong, Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Seosan-gu, Incheon, to the front road of New Apartment, located in approximately 191.
