However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaging in driving a CK5 vehicle.

On April 9, 2014, the Defendant driven the said car at around 22:40, while driving the said car, and driving the road in front of the 41st century in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do, on the surface of the Gu Triju Park, the Defendant suffered from the injury of the victim D (80 years old) who was parked on the right side of the road due to occupational negligence, which failed to properly operate the steering system and brake system under the status of the vehicle driving license, and was parked on the right side without obtaining the vehicle driving license, followed the left side of the door, followed the victim who was living in front of the door even, and caused the victim by shocking him about about about 3 weeks of the light and the tension.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Inception measures) at the above date, time, and at the above place, destroyed the said victim’s car by making it possible to use the said victim’s repair cost, such as the left-hand exchange of the Kaone Star car, and escaped without immediately stopping and taking necessary measures.

3. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving of the said vehicle without obtaining a driver's license within about 300 meters from the front of the old Gongmsan-gu, Ulsan-gu to the front of the F Defendant's dwelling, on the roads in front of the F Defendant's dwelling.

4. On April 10, 2014, the Defendant: (a) at the Defendant’s residence located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; (b) around the time of the Defendant’s occurrence of the foregoing traffic accident, the Defendant: (c) found the Defendant in a de facto marital relationship with the Defendant to conceal the said traffic accident; (d) asked G to ask G to make a statement as the driver who caused the said accident; (c) let G make a false confession to the police; and (d) G attend the Ulsan Central Police Station Security Station guard and the traffic survey office around the same day and sent G to the Assistant H with the foregoing traffic accident.
