1. The lawsuit of this case shall be dismissed.

The purport of the claim is stated.
1. The grounds for the plaintiff's request for retrial are as stated in the attached Form.
2. It is difficult to find out that the grounds for retrial under Article 451(1) of the Civil Procedure Act, which is applicable mutatis mutandis under Article 8(2) of the Administrative Litigation Act, exist in the grounds for the request for retrial of this case.
The Plaintiff’s ground for retrial does not constitute a ground for retrial, and the part referring to “salivation of judgment”, one of the grounds for retrial, is not against the judgment subject to retrial of this case.
Furthermore, there is no circumstance or evidence that there is any ground for retrial in the judgment subject to review of this case.
3. If so, the lawsuit of this case is unlawful and dismissed.
