The judgment below

Examining the reasoning of the lower court in light of the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court, it is justifiable to have determined that the lower court convicted the victim E of all of the facts charged in the instant case on or around November 2012, 2012, and of fraud against the victim L and C. In so doing, the lower court did not err by exceeding the bounds of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the rules on the exclusion of illegally collected evidence, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
