1. From March 22, 2014 to April 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) invadedd each night structure; and (b) committed a theft of each night structure at around 05:00 on April 7, 2014, in front of the part-time cafeteria operated by the victim M of the victim L in Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; (c) the victim was running his/her business; and (d) opened the inner entrance after leaving the said cafeteria; and (d) intruded into the said cafeteria by using any cresh in the said cafeteria; and (d) subsequently, he/she attempted to steal KRW 100,000,000 in cash at the said cafeteria; and (e) committed a theft on the part of the restaurant at night from March 22, 2014 to April 11, 2014, by intrusioning into the restaurant located in the Cheongdong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; and (e) attempted to steal the property over three times.

2. On March 26, 2014, the Defendant, in collaboration with P, took advantage of the phone 150,000 won in the market price of other victims, where the victim goes to work at the home of the victim R, Qok-gu Q and 103, Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, and 103.

3. Around December 7, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 02:00 on December 7, 2012, 2012, at night buildings: (b) around 02:0, the Cheongju-si Cheongju-si Cheong-si Cheong-si Cheong-si, called “U-cafeteria”; (c) opened a ju-gate without locking by means of any gaps in surveillance negligence; and (d) entered the said restaurant; and (e) cut off KRW 200,00,000, the cash owned by the victim, which was located in the said room, with the victim’s cell phone amounting to KRW 60,00,000.

4. On April 5, 2014, from around 09:00 to April 01:00 on April 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a window with which the victim had no creshed and removed crepits from the house; (b) entered the said house, in the victim’s residence located in Cheongju-gu V apartment Radong-dong 810; and (c) entered the said house.
