1. The Defendant’s KRW 85,306,580 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from May 1, 2015 to January 25, 2017.
1. As to the cause of claim
A. On March 6, 2009, the Plaintiff: (a) sold the instant apartment complex No. 1903 Dong, Seo-gu, Incheon (23 Dong) to the Defendant (hereinafter “instant apartment unit sale contract”); and (b) concluded a contract for the supply of balcony extension construction as follows (hereinafter “instant balcony contract”); (c) the seller “A”; and (d) the due date of the occupancy of the buyer “B”: (e) the 5th purchase price of the apartment unit to the 6th purchase price; (e) the 1st purchase price of the apartment unit to the 6th purchase price to the 0th purchase price; and (e) the 1st purchase price to the 6th purchase price to the 1st purchase price to the 0th purchase price to the 0th purchase price to the 1st purchase price to the 0th purchase price to the 1st sixth purchase price to the 1st purchase price to the 20th purchase price to the 1st purchase price to the 20th sale price to the 16th sale price.
