2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. The Plaintiff was running a gold business in the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Shopping (hereinafter “E”) No. 9, and Defendant B was operating “F” by leasing No. 10 among the instant commercial buildings, and Defendant C was operating “G” by driving approximately half of the above No. 10 from Defendant B.

B. On January 7, 2015, at around 02:00, a fire occurred at the Defendants’ workplace; the Defendants’ workplace was entirely discharged due to this fire, and the flames were transferred to the Plaintiff’s Edones adjacent to the Defendants’ workplace through the instant shopping tank.

C. As a result of the fire identification of the relevant agencies, the Seoul Fire Prevention Headquarters Fire Investigation Team and the Seoul Local Police Agency Fire Prevention Team concluded as follows with regard to the cause of the instant fire.

(1) The fire investigation team at the Seoul Fire-Fighting Headquarters’s fire prevention headquarters’s place of work, but the fire did not have an internal combustion pattern, making it impossible to determine where the point of origin is in the Defendants’ place of work, and the cause of combustion is insignificant.

(2) The head of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency’s fire-fighting team is the Defendants’ workplace.

However, the Defendants are using half of the commercial building of this case in two separate ways, and the degree of fire is severe, and it cannot be limited to any one of the Defendants’ work sites.

It is also impossible to verify the cause of the outbreak.

2. Judgment on the plaintiff's assertion

A. The Plaintiff’s assertion (1) The instant fire occurred within the “F” occupied by the Defendants.

(2) The Defendants’ workplace is a structure in which it is easy to expand burning with a steromatic dunes built of steel frame, and chemical drugs and combustible materials used in the workplace and office, and burning factors have been expanded around the workplace. The Defendants are installed near the wall of the instant workplace.
