Any person who violates the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act shall be prohibited from manufacturing, importing, selling or using pseudo petroleum products and from storing, transporting or keeping pseudo petroleum products with the knowledge that such products are pseudo petroleum products;

On January 5, 2007, from January 25, 2007 to January 25, 2007, the Defendant, in collaboration with B, installed three plastic storage containers equivalent to three, 4,1,000-liters of plastic storage containers equivalent to 5,00-liters of plastic storage containers, three plastic storage containers equivalent to 1,00-liters of 2,000-liters of plastic oil acquired by an influencing method using active gasoline, mixed with daily solventss of 0,000-liter, and manufactured 10,000-liter of petroleum products.

2. No person who violates the safety control of dangerous substances shall store dangerous substances of more than the designated quantity in any place other than a storage place or handle them in a place other than a factory,

The Defendant, in collaboration with B, stored in one plastic storage container equivalent to KRW 10,000 liter of 10,000 liter of pseudo petroleum products manufactured as above and one plastic storage container equivalent to KRW 12,249 liter of 2,00 liter of 10,000 liter of 2,00 liter of pler of 2,000 liter of pler in storage without obtaining permission for storage facilities.
