1. The Defendants each amounting to KRW 100,000,000, and 24% per annum from April 29, 2017 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. On April 28, 2017, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent each KRW 100,000,000 to the Defendants, with interest rate of 24% per annum and due date of repayment on April 28, 2018.
Therefore, the Defendants are liable to pay to the Plaintiff each interest of KRW 100,000,000 and interest or delay damages calculated at the rate of KRW 24% per annum from April 29, 2017 to the date of full payment.
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
