The costs of appeal are assessed against the Plaintiff.

Examining the record in light of the relevant legal principles, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine regarding interpretation of expression of intent, the good faith principle, and the advice, etc., or by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, on the grounds stated in its reasoning, in rejecting the Plaintiff’s claim on the ground that the Defendant’s direct payment to the Plaintiff was limited to the scope of the amount of the contract price

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
