1. The Defendant’s KRW 26,00,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 20% per annum from April 10, 1984 to September 30, 2015.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as specified in attached Form 1;
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Part dismissing part: Provided, That the statutory interest rate of 15% per annum from October 1, 2015 pursuant to the amended provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Encouragement, etc. of Legal Proceedings, Etc. (amended on September 25, 2015) shall apply, and the part of the claim that exceeds the scope shall be dismissed.
