The reasoning of the judgment of this court is as follows: the court of first instance 2 7 , 14 , 16 , 18 , 20 , 3 , 8 , 15 , 21 , 23 , 25 , 4 10 , 15 , 16 , 17 , 3 2 , 3 , 9 , 4 2 , 5 , 5 5 , 6 , and 6 4 , "the defendant" shall be "the plaintiff" and "the 4 16 ," "the 5 10 ," "the 5 10 ," "the 5 10 ," "the 5 10 ," and "the 5 10 ," "the 5 10 ," shall be cited pursuant to the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
