The defendant is a person who drives a car in body B.

On April 16, 2015, at around 23:42, the Defendant driven a section of approximately 200 meters from the French Road in the Newdong in the Gwangju Mine-gu to the road in the same dong, while under the influence of alcohol 0.16% of alcohol content.
