1. The defendant dry Facilities Co., Ltd. and the refining facilities for the Co., Ltd. are jointly and severally owned to the plaintiff 8,616,36 won and their 7,987.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Korea National Housing Corporation (hereinafter “the instant apartment”) is a business entity that sold an apartment 12-dong 715 units of Ansan-si 730-dong 12-dong 12-dong 12-dong 12-dong 12-dong 730-dong Hasan-dong 730-dong Masan-dong dong, Ansan-si, and received a pre-use inspection on the instant apartment
On October 1, 2009, the Korea National Housing Corporation was merged with the Korea Land Corporation and became the plaintiff, and the plaintiff comprehensively succeeded to the rights and obligations of the Korea National Housing Corporation.

B. The Plaintiff entered into a contract for the completion of civil engineering works of the instant apartment building (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the Defendant Mine Construction Co., Ltd., and the Defendant Kusan Shipbuilding Construction Co., Ltd and the Free Construction Co., Ltd. jointly and severally guaranteed the Plaintiff’s obligation under the instant contract.
Defendant Dong-dong Construction entered into a warranty contract with Defendant Construction Mutual Aid Association for the completion of civil engineering works of the apartment of this case (hereinafter “instant warranty contract”) and issued the warranty bond from Defendant Construction Mutual Aid Association and issued it to the Plaintiff on attached Form 1.
C. The Plaintiff entered into a contract for outdoor machinery and equipment works of the instant apartment (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the Defendant building-type facilities, and the Defendant building-type facilities jointly and severally guaranteed the obligation of the Plaintiff under the instant contract for the instant building-type facilities.
On August 7, 2002, Defendant Drie Facility Construction Mutual Aid Association entered into a contract for warranty of defects (hereinafter “instant warranty contract”) with respect to outdoor machinery installation works of the instant apartment, and received a warranty bond from the Korea Equipment Construction Mutual Aid Association for the guaranteed amount of KRW 25,564,710, and the warranty bond from July 13, 2003 to July 12, 2005.
