The defendant shall complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours against the defendant.

From October 2014, the Defendant began to teach the victim C (Woo, 48 years of age) and his/her parents from around October 2014. However, on September 2015, the Defendant sent the said images to his/her cellular phone by transmitting them to the victim’s cellular phone, and spread them to the victim’s will if he/she did not talk with the Defendant.

The victim, who was frighted, continued to meet with the victim, was in mind.

1. Around 01:00 at the end of March 2016, the Defendant invaded upon a residence: (a) when drunkd the victim’s house located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul; (b) when being drunkd, the victim was tightly pushed the victim into his house; and (c) even though the victim said the victim as “IB”, the victim went into the house without the victim’s consent, and intruded the victim’s house.

At the time of the day described in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant: (a) she was drunk in the victim’s house in which she was fluencing the victim’s hand that she was fluencing the victim’s body; (b) she was off the victim’s her panty and panty; and (c) the victim was off from the victim’s her spanty; and (d) she was “I do not want, do not want, do not refuse,

제발, 비참하게 하지 마, 아파 ”라고 수회에 걸쳐 소리를 지르고 다리를 오므리며 몸을 빼는 등 반항하였음에도 술에 취해 몸을 제대로 가누지 못하는 피해자의 위에서 피해자의 다리를 강제로 벌리고 몸으로 눌러 피해자의 반항을 억압한 후 입으로 피해자의 음부를 핥고 피고인의 성기를 피해자의 음부에 삽입하여 간음하는 등 피해자를 강간하였다.
