On September 6, 2015, at a place where the address is unknown, the Defendant subscribed to “B” as a member by accessing a computer to “B,” an illegal Internet sports gambling site, and transferred KRW 500,000 to the F Bank Account (H: H) in the name of C Bank Account (Serial number: E) used by the Defendant, the Defendant transferred KRW 50,000 to the F Bank Account used by the above site operator, and the same month.

In the name of J bank account (Serial number: K) used by the Defendant, the Defendant charged the game money amounting to KRW 500,000,000 in total, such as remitting the amount of KRW 500,000 to the L-based enterprise bank account (M) used by the said website, and using it, used it to play games in various sports games, such as domestic and foreign festivals, which are in progress on the said website and receive the game money in accordance with the outcome and dividend rate.
