The Defendant is a new witness to be enlisted in active duty service.

On August 11, 2014, the Defendant directly received a notice of enlistment in the name of the director of the Busan regional military manpower office to enlist in the Army Training Center located in Geumcheon-gu, Busan and on October 6, 2014, from the Defendant’s house located in the Geum-gu, Busan, and on October 6, 2014, the Defendant failed to enlist within three days from the date of enlistment without justifiable grounds.
