On June 21, 2011, the Defendant made a false statement that the victim D would sell KRW 1,500 (1,500) non-listed stocks of the (State)G holding by the prime company of the purchase price of the said stocks to the victim D at the above State F Office.

However, even if the defendant receives a purchase and sale of shares from the victim, he did not have the intent or ability to transfer the shares to the victim.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 10,500,000 from the victim, who was affiliated therewith, for the purpose of the purchase price of stocks, and transferred KRW 9,450,000, which is the difference by transferring only 15 million of the said shares.

1. Around June 21, 2011, the Defendant against the victim H made a false statement to the victim H that “The Defendant would sell (a) G non-listed stocks held by the State-owned Company for the purchase price of stocks to KRW 7,000 per share in KRW 1,500 per share.”

However, even if the defendant receives the purchase price of shares from the victim, he did not have the intent or ability to transfer the shares of the above company to the victim.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 10,500,00 from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative Account (Account NumberJ) under the I’s name as the purchase price of shares, and transferred KRW 150,000 as the purchase price of shares, and acquired pecuniary gains equivalent to KRW 9,750,000, which is the difference between the 150 share shares.

2. Fraud to K of a victim;

A. A. On June 30, 2011, around June 30, 2011, the fraud Defendant made a false statement to the victim K at the above (DF office) F office stating that “I would sell KRW 1,500 (1,500) stocks of the (State)G unlisted stocks held by the State-designated Company at KRW 7,00 per share.”

However, the defendant is against the victim.
