Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, who indicated the claim, filed a lawsuit claiming damages against the Defendant in this Court No. 2007Gahap1734, and received the Plaintiff’s winning judgment on February 26, 2008. The judgment became final and conclusive on March 15, 2008, but sought a judgment identical to the written order for the interruption of extinctive prescription of the claim pursuant to the above judgment.
