A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and other pictures);
A. On July 2015, the Defendant set up a super-small-sized camera “Smphacam Camp”, which is a super-small-sized camera in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and taken pictures against his will of the victim D (name), who is a sexual traffic victim, and sexual intercourse, from the above day to June 2016, using the above method 15 times in total, such as a list of crimes (Ⅰ), such as the list of crimes (I), in which the victims of sexual traffic and the sexual intercourse were taken against their will.

A. On January 2016, the Defendant paid 150,000 won in cash to I (n, 18 years of age) female sexual traffic in Gangnam-gu Seoul Jtel, Seoul, and provided sexual intercourse once.
B. On June 12, 2016, the Defendant paid KRW 150,000 in cash to K (n, 21 years of age) who is a woman of sexual traffic at an influent officetel located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Station Tridong, and once.
