Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is a person who operates commercial sex acts in the name of "G" in the Gu and US, and Defendant B and Defendant C play a role of guiding customers in the said place of business.
1. The Defendant: (a) around November 2012 to November 8, 2013; (b) around the first floor, six customer waiting rooms and six customer waiting rooms in the second floor; (c) six customer waiting rooms in the third floor; and (d) six customer waiting rooms in the fourth floor; and (c) operated the said business by employing sexual traffic women H and I; (d) from many unspecified customers who have found the said business, the Defendant arranged commercial sex acts by allowing the said women to have sexual intercourse with the customers in the shower room, or by allowing them to have sexual intercourse with the customers in the massage room in compensation for commercial sex acts; and (e) engaging in commercial sex acts by causing them to have their sexual intercourse with the customers in the shower room at the time of payment by credit card, 170,000 won at the time of cash settlement, and 180,000 won at the time of payment by credit card; and (e) engaging in commercial sex acts by inducing them to have their sexual organ scam and scambling with their hands.
Accordingly, the defendant has engaged in arranging commercial sex acts for business purposes.
2. Defendant B: (a) from May 2013 to November 8, 2013, to assist customers in engaging in sexual traffic as stipulated in paragraph (1) in arranging sexual traffic; (b) facilitate the crime of Defendant B by facilitating the commission of sexual traffic, such as searching for the said establishment, providing guidance to the waiting room, etc.; and (c) assisting them in committing the crime of Defendant A.
3. From April 2013 to November 8, 2013, Defendant C assisted and aided the crime committed by the said A by facilitating the commission of sexual traffic, such as searching for the said establishment, providing guidance to the atmosphere room, cleaning, etc., in order to assist customers in arranging sexual traffic as prescribed in paragraph (1).
