Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who operates a resting restaurant in front of the C Ski in South-gu, Naman-gu, Seoul.
Anyone who intends to operate a resting restaurant business shall report to the competent administrative agency.
그럼에도 피고인은 관할 관청에 신고하지 아니하고, 2018. 4. 6.부터 2018. 4. 27.까지 포장마차에서 어묵 솥 1대, 떡볶이 솥 1대, 꼬치 구이 랜지 1대, 순대 보온기 1대 등을 갖추고, 그 곳을 찾는 불특정 다수인을 상대로 어묵, 닭꼬치, � 볶이, 순대 등을 판매하여 하루 약 1만 원 상당의 매출을 올리는 영업행위를 하였다.
Accordingly, the defendant did not report to the competent authorities on the restaurant business and did not report the restaurant business.
