1. On April 1, 2019, upon a claim for a change in exchange by this court, the Defendant is the Busan Metropolitan City.
1. Details of the disposition;
A. The Defendant is a maintenance and improvement project association established to implement B housing redevelopment improvement project (hereinafter “instant improvement project”) on the area of 252,603 square meters in Nam-gu, Busan Metropolitan City.
The Plaintiff is a corporation for the purpose of real estate sale and lease business, etc. within the instant improvement project zone, and is a member of the Defendant, each of which owns the 1, 2, and 52.47 square meters of the housing of 523 square meters and 79.27 square meters of the housing of 523 square meters and 52.47 square meters of the ground block 2, located within the instant improvement project zone. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 17458, Dec. 1, 2000>
B. On July 12, 2017, the head of the Nam-gu Busan Metropolitan Government publicly announced the authorization to implement the instant rearrangement project and its announcement, and the Defendant, upon making a public announcement of the sale of multi-family housing and neighborhood living facilities to be newly constructed as the instant rearrangement project, sent the guidance book for application for parcelling-out to the members.
The above guidance booker shall comply with Article 24 of the former Ordinance on the Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions in Busan Metropolitan City (wholly amended by Ordinance No. 5788, Jul. 11, 2018; hereinafter referred to as the "former Ordinance on the Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions in Busan Metropolitan City Ordinance") to sell one complex, one story (F or G), two stories (H, I), one story (J, 2,740.6238 square meters) and two stories (L or M), and two stories (L or M), and if a member wishes to sell a neighborhood living facility, he/she shall apply only for a rough use and size, and the contract area shall be determined at the time of the establishment of the management and disposal plan.
C. On September 13, 2017, the Plaintiff is a multi-family housing.
