However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On February 6, 2014, the Defendant forged air defense, counterfeited air defense use, seized a motor vehicle registration number plate of the B Bents owned by the Defendant from Goyang Viewer on the ground of delinquency in tax payment, and had the motor vehicle registration number forged the motor vehicle registration number to be operated by attaching it to the said motor vehicle.

On July 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) forged a motor vehicle registration number in the air for the purpose of exercising a verification display sheet in the form of “B”, which was loaded in the form of “B” at the parking lot for the unit of the apartment of the modern village located on the port side of Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu; (b) installed it on the said motor vehicle; and (c) exercised a forged motor vehicle registration number by driving the said motor vehicle from the above date to the 11th day of the same month by driving the Ilyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Yongsan-gu.

2. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall forge or use the forged motor vehicle registration number plate.

Nevertheless, the Defendant forged and operated a motor vehicle registration number plate as described in paragraph (1).
