At around 22:25 on May 28, 2013, the Defendant: (a) sent to the site a report that there was a person who is leaving the cash withdrawal 702-2 located in Jinyang-si, Jinyang-si, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties of the above police officials for the maintenance of order over about 10 minutes by sending the report to the site to verify the identification and facts, and by sending it to the site; (b) a slope of the Police Station B box belonging to the Namyang-gu Police Station B box, and a police officer D, who requests the above police officials to return home to Korea on several occasions after reporting "any cambly," and (c) keeping the chest of the above police officials so far as they request the above police officials to return home to Korea on their hand, and “I am few immediately, I am few, immediately,” and threatening him to drinking.
