Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving QM6 automobiles.
On March 9, 2019, at around 02:17, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol of 0.182%, and led to a three-lane road in front of D in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, according to one-lane in the direction of the end-distance distance from the remote distance of the Gu mountain basin.
