1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 50,000,000 won and the period from November 12, 2004 to June 29, 2007.

Reasons

1. On November 12, 2004, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent KRW 50 million to Defendant B with interest rate of KRW 2.5 million per month and due date of payment on June 31, 2005, and Defendant C guaranteed the Defendant B’s obligation to the Plaintiff. The Defendants seek payment of the above loan and interest or delay damages.
