Punishment of the crime
On December 4, 2012, around 18:15, the Defendant: (a) was boarding a 3-year-old station located near the U.S. children located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul; (b) was driving the victim B (63 years-old) to a private taxi; and (c) went into the front house located in the Seoul Northern-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; (d) around 18:24 on the same day, the Defendant asked the victim to pay taxi expenses.
On the same day, at around 18:27, the victim saw as a police box and was driving the alleyway at a speed of about 20 km in speed, which is about the speed of 20 km in the city, the defendant assaulted the victim, such as cutting down the neck back after the victim's neck, shaking the head debt, skeing the victim's face by drinking.
