Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

The Defendant: (a) on February 2, 2011, the Defendant committed an act of disturbing drinking, such as drinking alcohol, on the street in front of the plaza in Seoul Central District; (b) was subject to a disposition of notice of KRW 50,000 as a disturbance of drinking alcohol under Article 1 Subparag. 25 of the former Punishment of Minor Offenses Act; and (c) did not pay KRW 75,000 by adding the amount of KRW 50/100 after the expiration of the twelve payment period.
