The facts charged of this case.

On February 9, 2012, the Defendant, while serving as the chairperson of the E Committee in the area of Hongcheon-gun D and as the head of the D, entered into an oil supply contract with the operator of the “G gas station” located in the Gangseo-gun Hongcheon-gun F, Gangwon-do, under the condition that the supply product would be supplied via the above construction site on the condition that the supply product would be “fixed oil oil (SK) oil oil oil transit,” the delivery period would be “from February 9 to February 8, 2012, 2013,” and the unit price would be “70 won (including additional tax) at the above construction site.”

Criminal facts

No person shall manufacture, store, transport, keep or sell pseudo petroleum products.

Nevertheless, around 06:30 on April 13, 2012, the Defendant loaded pseudo petroleum products which combine 60% via the front partitions of K 3,00-liter oil tanks, 65% via the partitions, 35% through the partitions, and 410-liter oil, which are used at the above construction site, and sold pseudo petroleum products which combine 430-liter and 410-liter in the mplererg, which are used at the above construction site, respectively, and sold pseudo petroleum products which combine with light oil.

In addition, from March 29, 2012 to the above temporary date, the Defendant sold pseudo-petroleum totaling 25,120 liter (total market price equivalent to 48,123,726 won) used in the construction site, which combines light oil with light oil over 10 times in total, such as the list of crimes in the annexed sheet.
